The room was beautifully decorated and the bed was super comfortable, making it perfect for a romantic escape. The towels provided were of high quality, indicating that the hotel values luxury. The breakfast served was delicious, with locally sourced ingredients. We also enjoyed the complimentary G&T kits in the mini fridge, a lovely touch. The staff were welcoming, helpful, and friendly, adding to the overall positive experience.
There were a couple of minor inconveniences during our stay. the room was quite warm due to the heating being on, and we couldn't open the window for fresh air as there was no safety latch.

Our overall stay at the Saddle Room was very good. the location was lovely, offering beautiful views. the restaurant and bar were nice, well-decorated, and clean. We enjoyed eating in the restaurant every night. As someone who doesn't eat meat, I found the menu a bit limited, but the food was still enjoyable. the room was well-serviced, with a good bathroom and provided amenities such as robes, slippers, and tea/coffee facilities. the addition of a fridge for fresh milk and water was great.
No negatives from this place 😊.

The location was great, with beautiful walks and charming local pubs nearby. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing recommendations for places to eat and walk. The rooms were clean, modern, and spacious, offering good amenities.
The kitchen equipment and utensils were limited, and there was only one set of crockery and cutlery per person. Additionally, the lack of privacy in the cottage was a downside, as it was overlooked on all three sides.

The staff were amazing, so friendly and helpful. The room was lovely, with easy access and a delicious breakfast. The surroundings were beautiful, perfect for a relaxing Easter getaway.
The WiFi and phone signal were poor, which was frustrating especially when communication is important. We also didn't get the room we booked and ended up next to a noisy dog.

The location of the hotel was excellent, with stunning surroundings and a picturesque setting. the rooms were warm, cosy, and well-appointed, with complimentary tea and coffee options. the staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was one of the best I've had in a long time.
One negative aspect was not being able to eat in the restaurant on the evening of arrival, which I regretted.

The breakfast was delicious with perfectly scrambled eggs and a fresh fruit salad. The evening meal was also excellent, especially the muscles. The room was modern, well-furnished, and had a great bathroom with a bath and shower. The white fluffy towels were a nice touch. The fresh milk provided was a bonus.
The window blind in our room didn't work, which compromised privacy. Some guests allowed their dogs on the furniture in the bar, which was uncomfortable for other patrons.

The location of the accommodation was absolutely stunning, surrounded by beautiful scenery and plenty of activities to enjoy. We had a wonderful stay over the New Year period, with lots to see and do in the area. The staff were friendly and made us feel safe during these uncertain times. The breakfast was delicious, served by attentive staff. The room itself was clean and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed for our stay. We especially liked the well-equipped kitchen, which allowed us to prepare meals easily. The underfloor heating was a lovely touch, keeping us warm and cozy throughout our stay.
The poor water pressure in the shower, which made it a bit difficult to fully enjoy. the WiFi signal was quite weak, making it challenging to use our devices and stay connected.
